Why do we have these match up games?

LLB international requires every team to have 12 regular season games not including playoffs. To do this with 6 teams we have to schedule 2 additional games.

It was agreed that having games that match teams close to their record at the time of the match week would be the best for all teams. 1 vs 4, 2 vs 5, 3 vs 6 and for the second games 1 vs 2, 3 vs 4, 5 vs 6.
