How are All-Stars picked?

The six managers from the teams each selects 12 players to the all-star team. The president and player agent then count the ballots and the players receiving 6 unanimous votes will be on the team.

This process continues until all spots are filled. Each player must receive 6 votes in order to be selected. The ballots are not shared with anybody nor do the managers know who voted for who.

Example - in the first round 7 players received the required six unanimous votes. The managers would then select 5 players and then the ones that received six votes would be on the team. If the team is still not filled this will continue another round until all spots are filled.

This process is in place for all 3 All-Atar levels, Majors (A's), B's and 9/10 (C's).
