*** WFD's Triple Threat Beats the Treat

June 4th, 2019


Devin The Red Devil Trevisani singled home the game winning run in dramatic fashion in the bottom of the 6th to beat Tasty Treat.  Aiden Mr. Smooth Nofri had a pair of hits on the day and 3 RBI's.  Tyler TNT Thorngren had a pair of hits and 4 stolen bases on the day, using his blazing speed to score the game winning run.  D-Trev almost went yard, doubling off the left field fence.  Dan The Henchman Helfert toed the rubber for WFD and went 2 2/3 innings, striking out 5.  Smooth took over from there and led WFD to the 6th where TNT finished things out.  Matt Cool Hand Calhoun flashed some leather making a great catch on a crucial fly ball to right.  WFD is rolling, winning 3 of their last 4.
